On their appointment, Willie commented: “Smith & Williamson has an impressive performance record and, with over £1bn of assets under management in charities accounts and 350 charity clients, it is emerging as a leading investment house in the sector. Gerry and I are excited to be joining the business and look forward to strengthening the firm’s capabilities. We believe that Smith & Williamson’s culture, commitment to service and bespoke investment management are key to the firm’s future success.”
